Wink

Of course the really easy answer to the problem is don't speed in the first place.
If you decide to speed and you get caught why be an arse? Sometimes you get away with it other times you don't. You take the chance be prepared to take the punishment.
The limits are there for a reason. Would you be so keen to advertise "How to commit murder and get away with it."
Whatever you think about speed detection ask yourself this if some arse who was speeding killed or maimed one of your nearest and dearest how keen would you be to see them get off scott free.

Speeding in towns/villages etc I can understand.

But what about the 70mph limit on motorways? That limit came into effect in 1967. Most cars at that time could barely attain that speed.

I think the limit on motorways should have variable speed limits dependant on time of day (traffic flow), weather conditions and roadworks.

rush hour = 120mph (well your in a rush so you may aswell)
midday = 30mph (that's ok as I'm at work by then)
early evening = 150mph (last one to the pub (after leaving the car/bike at home of course) buys the beer)

night time = no limit

There

You must be one of those who think that by doing 70 in the 3rd lane well all slow down, Just bugger off out of the way!!

what's the point of a car doing 140 if you never try?

the m48 is an exeptional place to try flat out by the way.

Nice site, wondering if you've got a copy of that booklet!

Anyway, nowhere says what to do if got an arse in a Beamer or Audi doing 75 up your boot, whilst you're only doing 70?
