Help Needed

Hi All....Someone has tried to access a friends back patio upvc door and has snapped wat looks to b like a key in the lock....its just a standard door lock,we have tried to pinch it out useing long nose pliers but to no avail............i know u can drill theese locks the little tumberlers out but dont know exactly where....so can any of u joiners / locksmithes please help..........we`ve got new lock to fit once the lock is out so any ides / thoughts..............this will be by PM`s only i think...............
