| Had a great day, Camden is a weird place, well the people are. The next touristy bit l fancy is a tour of the workings of tower bridge.

| going on an open top bus tour is actually quite good fun. Winchester cathedral is an impressive building too, and has an interesting place in diving history.

| Was it William Walker? Spent about 6 years in pitch black flooded foundations. IIRC there's a big statue of him there. Edit: linky Winchester: The William Walker Statues (Historical Diving Society]

| Winchester Cathedral is fab as cathedrals go. Some excellent medieval and onwards graffitti around the choir stalls for starters. The books of remembrance (is that what they are?) for the fallen from the Hampshire Regiment are there too, and you can ask nicely to have them opened and left at a particular page. We had it opened to my great-great-uncle's page one day we were there.
