| Becoming Skinless? No, not a reference to the 'Mary, you and Anna' ......... how can one give up what one has never had? And, I suppose, the title should be "Becoming Skinloose" to be accurate. This is more of a stomach, well gut, and man boobs problem! Whilst walking around, at pace, shopping on Sat I noticed I have developed a jiggle .Bloody disconcerting it is too! My frame is going one way whilst my fleshy front was still wobbling the other way. I have already written to the circus explaing I will not be able to do my death defying high wire act this year because of problems with balance. I am nearly 50, well into middle age, and I've given up virtually every athletic passtime! A fat and small remainder of life is spreading out in front of me. Sadly I can only draw one conclusion .................................................. ............. my front skeleton has shrunk causing loose flabby flesh. Also, I fear a major bone has become less rigid! Does anyone know how to get in touch with Madam Pomfrey .............. I need some skelegrow! If any ladies can help I'll give them a ride on my broomstick when the remedy has remedied what ails me! In case you'd forgotten it was a hit with the young witches! The Morning News - Behind the Scenes: The Harry Potter Nimbus 2000 ...The hottest new toy is the Harry Potter Nimbus 2000, a vibrating broom proving popular with lots of little girls. | Whilst on the subject of skelegrow, any suggestions for the best offers for the new HP book? I thought it came out on the 1st July but it is the 21st! Another month! Well, I don't care what you think, I am really looking forward to getting the book. If SWMBO permits it (chores not withstanding) I shall probably sit down and read it in one go. I wonder if the human body has the "places" for magic built in but no 'on switch'? I mean, when people are concentrating or ............. using joypads for computer games etc the faces pulled and hands all over the place would suggest an inate desire to do things beyond the usual physical means? Per the JKR web site the HP books still feature on the year's 'most banned books' list (Sep 06)? I mean, WTF, are people insane? Who can see anything wrong with the books and, what's more, thank God I'm not one of them! I wonder if that is the same God that tells them the books are blasphemous? The film of Order of the Phoenix is released on the 13th. Should be a nice top up before the book comes out. Since I am not confessing. I have not reread all the books for prior to this one coming out. Nope, not a one. In fact, who's Hairy Porter anyway? |

Does anyone know how to make DVD go backwards ........... I hear JKR has some hidden messages about becoming a wizzard and how to use my wand properly. Apparently men find wand work difficult because they are not used to sideways hand movements .................. I'm thinking of asking Mr Miagi(sp?) to show me how to paint fences - if it works for karate then ..................?
