The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits. |

| lighten up you nick, you seem so terribly grumpy recently, can't be good for you.

| I read about the guy in Hull. Fell down a manhole and got sucked away and drowned It was a nightmare on the roads anywhere in Yorkshire. Virtually every road out of my office and towards my house is closed. Barwick in Elmet was gridlocked so I had to take the M1 which was also gridlocked. Left work at 4:30pm and arrived home at 7:30pm for a journey that usually takes 60 minutes. Water in Stamford Bridge was up to the flood defences, The Ouse looked extremely high, as did the Derwent. So many trees down by us on the back roads in the wolds it's untrue, and the electricity's been extremely dodgy and unstable. Not going to be fun for the next week or so methinks until the floodwater subsides. I might have to put my webcam back on just so I can see if my house floods from work

Ah happy memories. Memories of hot sunny days, roasting in the old folks Mk3 Cortina, in the tail backs on the A64 past York (where it went to two lanes at Strensall) listening to DLT playing double top. For some reason no matter what the weather was doing, on the drive up the A1074, Stamford Bridge was always flooded. Weired how my memories are of the A64 past York, then on the A1074, which turns off before you got to the end of the York bypass... ???? |

| Hope everyone is safe and well. I got home about 7pm last night. Just waited til 6.30 and my mate gave me a lift - straight run through. The chaos of evacuating the city centre had obviously died down. The River Aire has burst its banks severely in my villiage and last night had breached the 500m field and was running into the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. The horses that normally live in the field were evacuated after finding themselves up to their chests in water. This morning the water has subsided slightly, you can see the damamge to the canal side where the water has been running over and there is about 2 foot of fence showing in the field. I've just got of the train in Leeds and the canal at the side of the station is flooded above the lock gates. Fortunately, the water seems to have drained from most major roads but I feel this is going to have a lasting effect on the fields and rivers sides for a long time.

| Had to get the bus last night, as the Leeds to Harrogate train line was closed, wasn't actually that bad, all things considered. What should be a 10 minute bus journey from The Headrow to Burley Park took about 45 mins, could have been a lot worse. Train line still closed this morning, so I got the bus again. From what I was hearing about the river bursting it's banks, I expected our office (near the Marriott) to be flooded but nothing, work as usual!
