Hiya,

A while ago I posted about tracing the name of our ex noisy neighbour to see if he'd ever been in trouble for doing something similar in another county. Mark Davies posted a reply about some website that you could search for this information on.

At the time I asked Steve S to remove the thread because we thought we were going to have to go to court with this bloke (didn't happen and he vanished anyway so all cool) so the details are lost. But a friend is having a similar problem and wants to see if their neighbour has been in trouble for similar somewhere else - anyone got any idea about what the website could have been please?
