Calling Fishyheid / Scotland debate!
Are you sure Scotland is God's country .................... only, I'm fairly certain he/she/it wouldn't like midges? I'll grant you it is a beautiful country otherwise but .............?

Extensive studies undertaken by me in the last minute reveal that God's country is actually a county and that county is East Sussex. I'll keep my eyes open next time I'm walking (briskly) through Sidley to see if I can spot a likely candidate and I'll ask the question so we can settle this debate 'for sure'!

East Sussex may be a county that God visited once, but he only pops down from Scotland when it's raining

As God appears to be a woman, anywhere could be Gods country as she'll only change her mind once she has to reverse park, cant find what she is looking for in the shops, runs out of wine or vodka, or any other senseless (to use mere men) reason they have for changing their minds so frequently.

No mention of Scotland in wikipedia's article (which of course is the source of all information in the known universe )

are all God's own country... Not sure I'd choose just those locations for my home if I was omnipotent...
