YD Postal service, can you help ?!

I'm keen to purchase some twin 12s and have first refusal subject to an affirmative tomorrow.

Problem is they're in Falmouth and I can't afford them if I have to add approx £200 petrol costs

So, are any of you wonderful YDers travelling up from the Falmouth area and prepared to transport a set of twin 12s ?

The Chesh has offered his service as a stop/exchange site (Yeovil) and will help collect from Weymouth for me

Ideally I'd need them asap as I'd like to get them O2 cleaned and ready for travel to Scapa on August 2nd. So that gives me 2 weeks

If anyone can help, either with part way or to somewhere in Berks, I'd be most appreciative and some beers would definitely be wending their way

Maybe someone coming north to Chepstow Saturday could take delivery from somewhere else.

I will be in Weymouth this weekend, weather permitting. Should be able to squeeze them in the car if some one can bring them from Falmouth.

if you can't get a YD postie sorted try a courier service, I seem to remember 'recurve' suggesting one a while ago for about £50, although I dont know what you drive if it costs £200 to do 500 mile!

I do the same trip for >£35 which is esential for the amount of driving to dive sites I do!
