Does anyone speak fluent german?

Friendlies, am in a bit of a pickle. i have been sent some technical documents relating to a piece on machinery i must repair. Only problem is they are in german and i don't speak a word. It aint an awful lot of text but it relates to a drawing that i must understand if i am gonna get sorted. Is there any websites that can translate? or if i type it on here can anyone help? Thanks

8.3.2.8 Greifer

Greifertrommel (13) mit dem Handrad auf ca. 45 stellen.
Nach dem Losen der Schraube (14) beide Greifer (15) so einstellen, daB sie auf der Auflage (16) liegen und einen Abstand von 3 mm zum Sauger (9) haben.
Schraube (14) wieder anzichen

Make any sense?

Schrauben (17) und (18) losen und beide Greifer (15) auf die Auflage (16) drucken. Schraube (18) wieder anziehen, wobei zwischen dem Ritzel (20) und dem Klemmstuck (19) ein Zwischenraum von ca. 0.5mm vorhanden sein muB

8.3.2.8 grip arm Grip arm drum (13) with the handwheel to approx. 45 set. In such a way after the draw of the screw (14) both grip arms (15), daB they adjust on the edition (16) lie and a distance of 3 mm to the Sauger (9) have. Screw (14) again anzichen
