Unhappy When is time to grow up?
For some reason that I still can't quite fathom, we ended up at dairyland in sunny Cornwall today. This is a sort of cow orientated theme park with the usual play areas etc. Even more inexplicably I found myself hurtling down a sit-on zip slide at high speed. The sickening pain when my knackers were forced into my throat as the slide suddenly reached the end of the wire was exceeded only by the humiliation of my shorts falling down as I tumbled from the seat, screaming like a girl. Later I was startled by a chicken. QS overheard one other parent refer to me as a 'kidult.' The question is, why shouldn't I join in the fun with my kids. I may be in my very late twenties but I have the body of an athlete* so why do I have to miss out on the fun?














*Said body is in the freezer until xmas.

A kidult?? PMSL - be proud Frosty - if only we were all young at heart and not afraid to show it (unless of course you did not mean to be young at heart at all - then it is all a bit worrying - lol)

I love being a kid and playing in the playground even though I end up frightening the kids when I do so now the doctor say I have to stay indoors for my own good (and probably their psycological development - lol)... lol

I am big brother to our only born. We fight, we hit each other, we play "yellow car" which I generally lose at.

I will start growing up when hell freezes over. Even then maybe not.
