Dumping Virgin
I see now that Virgin are billing phone calls by the minute now not by the second as they did originally. It's not that great an issue, but on top of the other thing with Sky, I'm thinking of going back to Sky. Has anyone done this and if so, was it painless?

apart from reduced digital TV functionality you mean? And having to pay more for Sky Sports?
