| Cut Keys for Skoda Octavia - £170!! Just had a service on my '03 Octavia & I asked the guy where I could get a new key cut for the Octavia, he said from Skoda direct and it would cost £170 for the priviledge!! Not happy! The key is both a remote door lock & solid key but if I use the remote the doors are deadlocked so not much use for the key apart from the ignition. Anyone know where you can get 'blipper' keys cheaper than £170? Thanks

| My Dad casually enquired at a French garage how much a new keycard would be for his Laguna. The reply was 1/3 of the price quoted by a UK dealer (hmmm, rip off britain?). Needless to say he ordered one there and then! Don't suppose you travel to Germany do you, you could probably get one cheaper there.
