Thankfully I lead a fairly quiet life!!! I've never seen half of the films mentioned. However, my bid for the top slot would be the first Lord of the Rings.
Now, before you all start shouting at me and asking "what the fcuk do you know!" I'm talking about the pirate copy I saw of it after it had just come out on the big screen.
The guy I borrowed it from claimed it was a brilliant video, however, the quality was totally crap and it was more amusing to watch the couple in front of his camera getting up to all sorts!! Not to mention the change of camera battery twice.
You get what you pay for eh!!

Best film in my book has to be The Commitments, totally fantastic.

I have 2 pre-teen daughters, and have been subjected to HSM 1 ad nauseum. (haven't got the Disney Channel, so haven't been subjected to HSM 2 yet)

They also have their own copies of the soundtrack to HSM1.

Although HSM1 is formulaic Disney drivel, it doesn't purport to be anything other than a pre-teen, feel good film. It's bad if you're older than 13, but it's not as bad as some of the drivel that has been mentioned elsewhere in this thread (esp the ones that calim to be serious attempts at entertainment / cinema, social comment, etc)

Blair Witch isn't that bad, you should watch BW2: Books of Shadows.

Anyone who knows anything about movies will know that the worst film ever is House of the Dead, directed by Uwe Boll. imdb has it at #25 in the all time worst films. In fact Boll is widely considered to be the worst director ever! Do not watch anything by Boll, you will never forgive yourself. I should know, I've seen this, Alone in the Dark and BloodRayne

Just about all the films mentioned so far have a degree of "so bad it's funny" about them somewhere. For me the worst film ever and the only film I have ever walked out of was the Mel Gibson film "The Passion Of The Christ " I thought that was so disgustingly and unremittingly nasty I lasted 20 minutes before I got up.

It is a complete waste of time, talk about total and utter unremitting boredom. You won't have clue as to wtf is going on. Walked out after 20 mins and demanded my money back.
