| I had originally booked my annual boiler service for this afternoon, on Saturday BG phoned me up to see if they could come that afternoon - I was in so said yes. When the engineer arrived he clearly didn't want to be there as he had asked for the afternoon off and they refused therefore finding him more work to do. I had a dropping pressure problem and he said he fixed it - clearly he didn't as I still have the same problem. Result they are coming out again this afternoon, so I have to stay in again |

| No I don't, if you could see the huge bruises around my bicep where I have put the bag on my shoulder so I can stand on the scales - it isn't a pretty sight If they charge me, so be it I don't care anymore. |
