Its arrived - Great North Run
Well everyone you will remember sometime ago i said that i was in training for the Great North run and i am running it for the Motor Neurone disease and in Memory of Chris Hall. I have raised about 380 pounds for the chaity. Well the run is here 6.00am start to travle down and then 13.something miles what joy, my muscles ache at the though but what the hell.
