Just as an aside, Nigella the other day squeezed a lemon with one of those squeezer on a handle things, muttering "I love a good impaling" and dribbling lemon juice into a bowl.

Toasted sandwich with ham, cheese, rocket and plenty of horseradish.... My mouth is watering at the thought. Lunch soon, misses doing a nice Sunday roast, have to open a good red - usually one of the freebies I get from my clients.
