Great North run
Well everyone i finished the run in 2hrs 1min i am chuffed with that time but now feel so sore its untrue. Final amount for motor neurone raised in memory of Chris hall has just been short of £400, still taking sponsors through just giving sight if anyone has anything to give, but thanks to everyone that did.

Moose your hurting....I live a stones throw from the finish, walked down with the dogs to see you super fit dudes and fell over and twisted my bloody ankle. (may miss the farnes friday) thats the last time I take part in the bloody watch the great north run event.

What do i owe and where's the link to donate? i do remember offering you a sliding scale just can't for the life of me remember what it was although i think 2hrs 1min may hurt my pocket well done for doing it though

The sliding scale you put on is shown below

Ok then sliding scale of sponsorship for pain value

6 minute miles are the aim should take you 78 mins so rounded up to 80 minutes of pain for 80 quid.

7 minute miles are good but will only earn you 70 quid call it 92 mins

8 minute miles gets you 60 quid finish within 105 mins

9 minutes gets you 50 quid

10 minute miles are 40 quid

12 minute miles 30 quid

15 minute miles you pay me

well by my calculations in just over 9 min miles so you decide what you want to pay, anything is good mate i am easy.

The site only shows £75 quid but rest is the old fashioned way a paper sponsor form.
