Kaths dad died over the weekend.

she has called me to ask me to thank all of you for your support over the past 18 months.

importantly she also asked for people NOT to call her as she is not up for conversation at present.

Texts PMs and emails are all fine.

My deepest sympathy to all. One positive from this Kath is that you all managed to have an extra year with him and that you all made that year as good as you could for him.

I received a call from Kath Sunday morning.
She was obviously very upset and is unable to talk to people at the moment.

Thank you to everyone foe the kind thoughts and prayers.

Dad s funeral will be on Tuesday. There will only be flowers from me, my sister and Mum. However, Dad was ex navy and loved the sea so we will be collecting in his memory for the RNLI.

Mum thinks it will still be good for me to take my weekend away as planned this weekend and drop in on the Dive Show on Sunday. I haven't decided yet. However, if you do see me, please do say hello to me.
