Mark, I just wanted to gloat a bit (a lot) that I got my new TyTN II (MDA Vario III) with Co-Pilot sat-nav yesterday. And it didn't cost me a penny as work paid for it

It's a very nice phone, I can highly recommend it, even if the keyboard opens from the opposite side to what I'd got used to on the Vario II I had before.

The TyTN 2 is the Vodafone V1615 and is available in a store near you. It's the phone that I'm looking at (but haven't got around to getting yet) too!

I use an E61I which does the surfing, wireless, word, exel, VOIP, phone and outlook that I need and runs tomtom with an external GPS receiver. Not a bad battery life either. Should be available to you as an upgrade anyway.
