It's a rented flat. A converted schoolhouse with four flats in it. The aerials and dishes aren't mine...

I could be in error. I translated 'cable' in my mind to be any cable...

You do need a licence if the PC has a receiver and it is the reciever that requires the licence. Now if you only watched TV programs over the net from the beeb wesite, that could get interesting...
