Beagles on drugs?

I was pondering, last night, as to whether a chamber pot was really a spliff for a leagle beagle? I suppose that if those in legal system were all stoned all of the time then it would explain some of the clothing they wear and why they have so many breaks in court proceedings to, presumably, de-munchify? Then I remembered that chambers is where the legal beagles do their business so they are unlikely to use chambers for drugs as well?

My thoughts turned from the beagle types and on to the police and whether they give the beagles the drugs that they confiscate?

With all these thoughts in my mind I suddenly realised I could never use a chamber pot, not if they get po lice, eeeeyuk. I really don't like lice!

I don't know why I felt the need to share with you the fact that I will continue to use the bathroom over a more portable solution but I feel better for having done it. Thank you for your time and patience.

i always thought it was legal 'eagles' which seemed to explain the term high as a kite, if your happy to accept a kite being a bird of prey and defacto eagle thingy.

Well, they do refer (on TV) to the judge as "the Beak" and judging by the colour of the wig I can only assume they all snort cocaine?
