Flying a glider. There are 3 diamonds you can get:
300Km flight where you end up back where you started
500Km flight but you don't have to get all the way back - landing in a field is allowed
5000m (16000 feet) gain in height - usually means going to at least 20,000 feet as you may have been released from tow at 4,000 feet.

Get all 3 and you have the 'Diamond Badge' - I still need the height for mine
