Take That Tickets wanted.

OK, before you all start slagging me off for bad taste etc., I have a genuine reason for posting this request
My Wife Wants 2 Tickets for Take That at Newcastle on 26 or 27 November 2007..

Now we've looked on fleabay and have watched all the sales from sellers with a so called "Genuine Reason For Sale" stated, yet they nearly all want £150 to £300 for 2 tickets, which actually cost £90 for the 2.

I'd say that their genuine reason for sale is EXTORTION!!!!

However, I will plead and tug at the humane heart strings of you luvverly YD'ers who really genuinely may have some tickets and are willing to part with them, even for a moderate profit.

If you have any, or know someone who wants to sell some fast, please PM me. My wife has decided that she would like to see the band as a christmas pressie and I would love to oblige, cos' I seriously have no idea what to get her, she seems to have everything! However, her hints of a new hubby don't go down too well.

P.S. thankfully one person who was selling 2 pairs of tickets due to a bereavement in their family! didn't reach their reserve, even after bids of over £150. What do they want, Blood?

Nowt wrong with admitting to liking them, we watched their tv gig when they'd just reformed and it was great. If I'm honest they are probably the best boy band around and I don't like many of them.

i found that with the Genesis tickets as well, graham. 'Genuine' might be fair enough. ..... oh look, i have double booked myself.... how can i make a bit of money for myself.

If he didn't meet his reserve, which was more than he paid for his tickets, then more fool him for being a greedy git (although he may need the extra money to pay for flowers or somehting, in which case, i am a heartless moo)

And I like the "can't make the gig due to work comittments, I'm really gutted!"
Of course the additional £200 you will make on the tickets might go some way to you suffering those Work Day Blues! - Barstewards!!
