I love both raw or cooked. Raw sliced button mushrooms with bacon in a sandwich is sublime. Cooked with black pepper and lemon there not bad. Brussels i like raw boiled with salted butter melted on them or roasted in a honey glaze.

Brussels have to be the devils food thow because I can fart for England after Christmas dinner

I'd sooner eat my own testes than either sprouts or mushrooms

Add tomato, garlic and onions to the list too and chuck the lot of them in room 101.

Moon cabbages
My beloved was conned into believing her father sourced sprouts from the moon, and thus were very special.......and had to be eaten up.

Sprouts are what I imagine eating a solid fart would taste like - bleeurgh ! Mushrooms are fine though (as is marmite)

With Arfie on the tomato, garlic and onions thing though - particularly garlic, makes me fcukin' wretch and want to kill people eating it near me
