Drinking yourself thin.
Hi All

Watching a documentary last night about Guiness, they made the comment that it had less calories in it than Lager, this started me thinking, what's the best booze to drink to reduce calorie intake. There are a few sites dedicated to diets etc. and some have calorie counters (eg nutracheck.co.uk) from which I have found the following (cals per pint):
Premium Lager 335
Stella 256
Vintage Cider 572 (??)
Guiness 210
Best Bitter 187
And somewhere else I recall finding Brown Ale was pretty low, but I can't remember which site.

So this Christmas I will mostly be drinking Best Bitter, which as a long time member of CAMRA, shouldn't be too much hardship. Saving the brown for an occassional luxury.

So fill yer boots and remember - drink responsibly.....

1) Snort the salt up your nose

2) Drink said shot

3) Squeeze the lemon in your eye

I in no way indorse this behavior and recommend a quiet glass of port

If you drink enough that your sick, your actually losing calories. Just like you can't beat a good dose of Diorriha for trimming down

So technically drinking can have negative calories. Probably why I was thinner in my younger days.

I've been in bed for two hours and I've had ....

Four bottles of blue WKD that works out at 913 calories
that is almost twice the calories of the food I've eaten today

It's a good job I did pump class this afternoon, I'll have to do two classes tomorrow otherwise I'll never trim down
