Unless they are British?

Anyway, I say to all religious fanatics

I'm talking in tongues!

Agree, look at the USA at the moment...

State and religion should not be linked. Likewise education and religion should be separate.
Its the only way to avoid brainwashing children.

The nationality of the person you mock is not relevant. In addition the UK has laws against inciting religious hatred (by, for example, making up nonsense about a particular religion which is likely to cause people to have strong feelings against it..)

Be careful

Yes I totally agree with this too. However, the USA already has laws that require the separation of state and religion.

Didn't we Brits do something unspeakable to Joan of Arc?
Judge Jeffries wasn't too keen on the naming of Teddy Bears either...

Hmmm.
I still have my teddy sat on the table at the side of the bed, used to be my dads before I got it, so it makes it going on 85 years old, and it shows.

Bald as a Coot sawdust stuffing leaking out, a well worn well loved Teddy and heir loon.

Its OK its called "Wilfred" .

My "British" point is that we appear to have a history of lampooning the establishment which includes religious bodies? Then we get an influx of immigrants who have their own religions (which is fine) but, in some cases, we musn't treat them the same as we do with our own because they'll get upset? That's how it seems to me. All the tolerances and rights we have won(?) or been allowed seem to be disappearing under the guise of not upsetting other relious groups?

I was really p*ss*d off when everyone caved in over that cartoons in the paper thing.

So many people have a different vision of allegedly the same being and I really hope He is ticked off with most, if not all of them, due to the number of things done in His name.

It all seems wrong to me and I be known for me common sense, I be!

Sorry but I'm with the Sudanamnesians on this one... if they behead her then stone her to death before administering 200 lashes it wouldn't suprise me. We must not allow such degradation of icons to continue... a bear like that should be called - Pooh

Don't soft pedal.
We can out barbarise anybody.
We invented the Concentration Camp.
We wrote the book on Ethnic Cleansing.
We knew how to hire locals to shoot locals.
We owned the Dum Dum Arsenal and designed it's most famous product.
but we only did it to foreigners so it was all right.
