Anyone work for BT, urgent help needed!

I sympathise with you

I have been on the phone to them for the best part of half an hour today and find the lack of someone to actualy speek to a real pain. When I finaly got someong they were in India and talking bollocks, a native BT dialect.

Thankfully, as we run a business from home we've never had this problem, but you have my every sympathy as it seems our Asian friends don;t see things with the same level of urgency as we do.

Why the fcuk do they continue with these call centres?
