X-Mas Shock
The HSE have announced that Santa cannot land on roofs nor come down the chimney unless he is wearing a safety harness secured to a suitable anchor point and wearing a hard hat and safety goggles (in case of loose soot)!!!

The RSPCA have also announced that they will be prosecuting anyone who leaves their reindeer on the roof, or anyone who forces reindeer to do unnatural things like fly!!

Christmas will never be the same again!

Well I don't think the HSE will have much jurisdiction over Santa. Only when he is UK airspace. Surely the greatest risk is from Police spot DD tests. Would the police be responsible or perhaps the CAA.
