Could I have some electrickery help now please?

Could any fine (or not so fine, I'm not fussy) electrician here advise how to open a Bardic ZF50/N fire alarm call point? Looks like two little clips on the underside but I bet there's a secret. And are the replacement glasses likely to be in stock at my local Newey and Eyre?

The cleaner decided that one looked a bit grubby on Friday night and 'just gave it a wipe'. Obviously a little too firmly. Beep beep beep beep beep. You can't reset the panel without replacing the glass and you can't isolate the zone without the engineer's code which noone has so I've tagged all the call points inop. and anyone burning the office down over the weekend will have to run around shouting 'FIRE! FIRE!'.

Beep beep.

couldn't find anywhere else to post this but this is some of the dangers of letting unqualified or just plain stupid 'electricians' loose on wiring.
