Have you got their address, I'm just up the road at the moment, bit of a loose end in the evenings.

She'd love that. I'll ask her tonight see if she's up for it. Anyone like to bet how I get on?
I believe the response will be, "so I'm getting diamonds, right?"

Garf- have a shuftie in that Elizabeth Duke catalogue you keep next to your scanner will you and see if they've anything in stock?

I went with Mrs endo to Amsterdam last year . One of the aims of the trip was to buy some diamong earrings. The pair she liked were 75K. Needless to say she got nowt.

We did have a tour of the red light district by a former worker, and a visit to the prostitute information centre. Very interesting :-) It was the ony way I was getting a look at anything.

We ended up going to Hatton Garden wit our new found diamond knowledge and sourcing a bargain down there, although I would try Brum if I had any cash left.

I have just bought the other half a Tiffany & Co. engagement ring that I plan to give her in Paris over Christmas. The cut, colour and clarity realy show over diamonds I saw in other places.

It all depends on what you want to spend but I would recomend Tiffanys, and I'm sure she would love the "little blue box".

Yes, it's to the south of the city (Zuid Oost actually), close to the Arena.

Try Abelmans in Manchester. Shop doesn't look much, but the quality's great and the prices are better.
