| Started Diet 2 Jan - supermarket shop for loads of fresh fruit and veg..juicer dug out of cupboard...Carol Vorderman book dusted down and off we go. Not encouraged to find out from an online health site that 10st 10lb and 5ft 6in equals BMI of 24% and therefore ideal weight for my height...so my man boobs must be offset by skinny ankles??? No wheat, dairy, meat, fat, sugar, alcohol for 30 days and back to the gym to turn flab into firm flab!!

| Boxing day was 15st 12lb 2nd Jan am now 15st 6lb Plan is, lots of steamed veg and any meat will be grilled, loads of fruit, skimmed milk instead of semi skimmed, no more cheese, low fat spread, and no carbs after lunch!!! walk/jog/weights every evening and maybe some mornings. As I get fitter and lose some of the belly I'll extend the exercise program but need to get some weight off first. I don't drink a lot but will cut that down too. FWIW BMI of 29
