Chevin Chase Run
So I thought I would surprise my sister and do this run with her, the most I've ever run is 5 miles and this is 7 and a lot of up hill
Then xmas eve may sister became ill and has had to cancel
So it looks like me and Iron Maiden on the Ipod

7 miles of hell begins at 11am,

Thats a decent time. I did it in 1 hr 11 mins a few year ago.

7 miles of torture, it was so wet there was a stream running down the rocks as we tried to run up it.

Good fun though,
