Apparently, either cats or milk has changed since I was a lass and had a cat who would happily drink milk I spilled on the floor and suffered no ill effects.

Apparently, dairy products are not good for cats. They can't digest it properly. So they have to have 'special' cat milk.

Fixed the waste disposal....................for all of 3 minutes!!!

Removed unit and emptied contents down the hole that was once the waste disposal unit. Doh!

Stripped the unit down. Reinstalled the grinder plate onto the motor spindle....for some reason it is a left had thread direct onto the motor spindle. Reassembled unit. Reinstalled the unit.

Powered it up. Chucked some leftover egg and toast into it.....no problems....dried pizza....a doddle.......half a turkey leg bone....BANG.....grinder plates come off again

Time for a new one me thinks!

What happened to have just a good old fashioned bin in your kitchen??? Anyway, I thought you had food waste bins down there??? PV's got a food product bin! Why not just use that instead. Save on the cost of a new unit. Buy me a dive computer instead!!!

The food goes to landfill when you use the bin. Trying to minimise what we send to landfill.

I don't know how much truth there is in this but..............

Well my day started with some dodgy nigerian security in lagos airport then get delayed for 2 1/2 hrs, just managing to make the connecting flight however no luggage as yet. But hey who cares im home for 6 weeks off now yeehaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Not going down any bleedin' route at the moment. Was supposed to be getting wet on Wednesday. Can't go. Got bronchitis again. Been on antibiotics since Monday, but still kicking up a storm in my chest. Took the dogs out today - first time since Tuesday, and it made me feel ill! I WILL get wet again soon. Even if I have to dive in the Thames!!!!!

So far this Christmas:
The central heating is on the blink.
The dryer aspect of the washer dryer has packed in(solved by buying tumble dryer)

When I shoved the aforementioned tumble dryer in the spare bedroom(if I had room in the kitchen I would NEVER have bought the last washer-dryer) found that the window has a crack from top right to bottom left.

Bah humbug.
