| Well this is what i use on the boat just in much larger quantities (for 12) - i think i have scaled it down enough, but this will make plenty 1 packet of digestive biscuits. 1 pack of butter 1-2 tins of the ready made caramel (find it by the condensed milk, search like mad for it because it makes life 100 times easier) Cinnamon or nutmeg or both Chocolate chips and/or a slab of choccy. 3-4 banananananas 1-2 tubs of whipping cream (must be whipping cream though!) Melt butter in microwave Put biscuits in a tough freezer bag and bash them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. If you dont have a rolling pin wrap a tin of something in a tea towel and use that. Add a pinch of nutmeg/cinnamon and mix it up Pour on butter and mix it into a doughy type mixture Spoon into the bottom of a deepish tray or whatever you want to serve it in. Put tray in fridge for at least 30mins Once the base has set, open tins of caramel and spoon onto the base. Chop up your bananananas and cover the caramel. You might want to sprinkle some choccy chips onto them too. Whip cream with either an electric whisk or hand whisk until you can stand a spoon up in it. Spoon ontop of the bananas. Sprinkle on choccy chips or if you have a slab of choccy scrape a sharp knife over the surface to make choccy curls and put them over it Devour and feel rather full
