I aim to not smoke or to drink alcohol next year

I don't make resolutions, but I do aim to spend more time next year washing salt off my kit.

mine is

eat healthier (the hours i work i end up eating a lot of junk)
start training again ( just walking and bag work)
cut down on my spending (if i manage this i could be rich)
be more tolerant of people who annoy me
i'd also love to give up smoking ut we'll see how the first 2 go first
