Thanks, guys.

I know they can sneak up, but i am on the look out, and TBH, now that you aren't allowed to smoke in pubs, restaurants etc it makes it a lot easier to go out and not have the temptation.

I do have to improve on the excersise front though, other wise I will end up looking like I stole all Woz's pies

Di - After a few weeks, i started really noticing how badly my boss smelt. My colleagues said i didn't smell anywhere near as bad as him, but i do prefer the smell of my perfume, that's for sure. (thankfully, my boss has stopped as well now!).

For anyone thinking of stopping, or who has done it as a new years resolution - all you can do is take it one day at a time. I used to decide each morning that I wouldn't have a ciggy that day.

the 16 hoiur ones are rubbish, just can't get past 2 weeks with them. by 6 pm I want a ciggy and usually go out and buy ten just to smoke the one and then think its a shame to leave the other 9

niquitin cq clear are the ones that are working this time and i have nearly the whole course sat by the kettle so as soon as i have a brew in the morning I can put one on.

all the other times I have done it for other people to stop em nagging me , this time i am doing it for me and I am going to succeed.

with stopping weekday drinking as well as taking a healthy lunch to work and not having a breakfast bap in works canteen but cereal at home I am saving

£108.50 a week my god thats a rebreather over the course of a year
and who knows I might get rewards not of a financial nature if I keep off em.
