| employment advice required Hello Any body know were I stand on this? in feb 07 I applied for a job with in my company in mar 07 they responded with an interview date in may 07 I attended interview in june 07 the person in the position went off sick and was unable to attend inter view july 07 they gave up on the idea for fear of being taken to court for disablity discrimination by the currently in post off sick peron november 07 company told me I'm going to be out sourced to another company and move freese put in place jan 08 I get offered the origional job now person back from sick. feb 08 go away for 3 weeks for wedding preperation and honeymoon 1/3/08 start with new company Now I'd obviously still like to accept the new job but HR are saying any moves are banned since november and being told in scope for the outsource but obiously I aplied long before that. Any advice from HR type people or perhaps someone's been in a similar position? Any magic words I can say that will let them make an exception for this case? Thanks in advance Fin
