A few years back I stopped a man driving along the A2 by Gravesend as his camper van was spewing flames out of the back. He ignored me for a while until I waved my fire extinguisher at him.

His van was full of school children but when he stopped it took him seeing me running at him preparing the extinguisher for him to actually get them out of the vehicle.

He than came around the back opened the engine cover let me put the flames out and remove the offending lagging. After closing the cover and telling the children to get back on I offered him the extinguisher just-in-case as it still had some charge in it.

He then got in and drove off......... Not one f%^&*ng word. He just left me standing there completely gobsmacked.

Would I do the same again?....... Of course I would. Just because other people have not been taught any manners I refuse to sink to their level.

BTW... Good on you Matt. We are told that in other aspects of society it is the minority that defines its description.... This must mean that the ASBO culture is actually declining against a decent one!!
