Yes, but the indicators around a 'dining black hole' must be pretty spectacular?

Another thing. If all these images are from millions (or billions?) of light-years away, how do they know if the actual things still exist?

apparenty theres a lensing affect as well, as not even light escapes a black hole light from behind it, is distorted around it.........
