I don't really know. Good question! I would like to think that cruelty to any animal(mammal, fish, whatever) would be covered by the RSPCA. I suppose folk with fish tanks and the like would be under the same guidelines in the care of living things. Depends how far off-shore it covers really!!!!
It would be interesting to find out. Surely flinging a lobbie into hot water counts as maltreatment and bloody cruel/bad/evil/wrong/fu*king despicable IMHO. Give me a bell and a porthole anyday
