| Just tell them you had some incompatible bit-registration operators, which was caused by the UDP alarm threshold being set too low.so the server needed an emergency CPU endothermal recalibration to avoid DIMM crosstalk and recursive traversal of loopback mount points. If ya can't blind 'em with science, baffle 'em with bullshit!

| The server had been contaminated by a Microshit application which neccessitated a reboot to avoid a BSOD incident. |

| Loose Power cable or even a faulty power supply, and just coincidental you were patching at the same time ,could have happened at any moment and lucky you were there otherwise the downtime could have been much much worse,and if you don't mind I think its best we check out the rest of the PSUs to stop this happening again , then suggest cable tying the cables to the chassis ............ easy job done |
