Travel insurance- non-diving

So. I've called up my bank to see about adding family with wintersports, worldwide onto my travel policy. They want £135.00

Called Divemaster. £158.00 for the same policy incl an IDEC for me (am not diving abroad this year so don't need it).

Moneysupermarket.com £57.90 for as far as I can see, the same cover. Am I missing something really obvious here?

Is it worldwide + USA
Or worldwide without?

Could try
Cheap Single Trip Travel Insurance | Annual Travel Insurance | Travel Insurance Web
But they are probably on Money Supermarket searches?

Wordwide incl USA and Canada and wintersports cover. Annual multi-trip.
I've read the policy wording (my god that's dull) and the cover is more and the excess less than all the ones under £100 and also DM and the bank.

Bargain!

For travel insurance (not when I am going to be diving abroad) I have used Insure and Go and they always seem to come out really cheaply and their policy seems fairly comprehensive.

I've used Insure and Go and I often use Moneysupermarket to help me source insurance.

None of which helps when claim time comes, some of the dearer policies are dearer because the insurer pays out more.
