Unhappy Serious illness.
Now as we all know, when men are ill, they tend to be more adversely affected than women. As YDs resident agony uncle I can tell you that this is because men work harder than women and their immune systems are consequently under more strain.

As it happens I am particularly ill at the moment, in fact I feel as rough as a badgers bum. I have had several episodes of vomiting and the squits, my gob is like a zoo keepers boot, I'm sweating and shivering and it feels as though there's an epileptic rhino inside my skull. Get the picture?

Nothing I've tried has made me feel better so I thought I'd tap into the collective wisdom of YD with a quick poll. What should I do?

You have my sympathy Mr F. I had this the other week, it even caused me to miss the SETT trip. There's not a lot you can do just don't try to eat anything for 48hrs, but drink lots of water.
