Planning software

I am planning some internal work on a new office building. Partition walls, kitchen , that sort of thing. Is there any software out there that's able to give me a simple design of this and not cost the earth? Just want something I can show to a builder to let him know the sort of thing I want, then we'll get ot drawn properly. I can't use a pencil and paper

I've tried the IKEA Kitchen planner but it won't let me put internal walls etc where I want them.

I think I've got one somewhere in the archives, I'll fire the old PC up later and have a look for you.

That said, I dunno about it adding partition walls, I can't remember it having that feature.

What do you know about a studded wall !

We have autocad at work that i can get hold of for you but i have no idea how to use it i have a ARFIE for that sort of thing
