Well this was him 4 months ago:


This is him now:







WE think we know what he is or at least, what he predominantly is; a Maine Coon, he has all the features, thick, long hair (the thickest I've seen on a cat), a ruff or main around his neck, tufts on his eartips, size - 6kgs already, up from 1.5kgs in April, thick fur between his toes, massive tail, never meows, just chirps at you, plays with water, very friendly but not a lap cat, and lastly, the gentlest most affable cat I've ever known.

And it looks like he won't finish growing for another 3 or 4 years yet. God help us then, if he catches anyone in "his" bed.

He's beautiful. Reminds me of my cat when I was growing up (not a Maine Coon, but a big fluffy tabbyish cat).

Morris, although the dumb girl at the vet registered him (on the microchip database) as "Maurice" which I wasn't very happy about. I told her that cutting off his nadgers was one thing, but to then rub his nose in it like that was taking it all a bit too far.
