This looks like as good a thread as any to tell true story.

Not so long ago I went on a business trip abroad. My wife asked me to bring her back some nice perfume and told me to choose it myself.

I'm hopeless at these things so a friend advised taking an item of my wife's worn clothing with me. The idea being that you can see how the different perfumes go with her naturak scent.

I didn't want to take anything too bulky so I grabbed a pair of knickers off the bedroom floor as I was leaving.

In the duty free shop I was discreetly trying to find something to suit when a shop assisitant asked if I neede help. I explained what I was doing and asked if she could recomend something to complement the knickers. She said: "How about some chips?"
