Nope it's quite innocent.
Kirstie's camera has a mounting to hold Inon supplimentary lenses steady and als the Fuji flash bracket. The 1/4" Whitworth screws are long enough for either bracket, but no long enough for both, so I go a bolt and have epoxied it into a Coke cap to make a knob. I just need for file off a few threads when it has set.

Not quite as elegant as a Wozknob, but I think it'll do the trick.
