| Agree with everyone's posts read so far... I too got stiffed on something I bought from ebay US...the man said it would be trackable mail, then when it never arrived he denied that it was trackable despite it still being stated on the saved Ad page.... He was stalling for time, as if you leave it more than so many weeks you can't claim against them (can't remember but it was like 90 days or something???someone on here will prob know)....he kept saying "hang on" "it is on the way etc" Got bored, rang Paypal directly, and got my money back in less than a week. Can't see you having a problem. Sorry if repeated stuff, hadn't got time to read it all.....      |

| Contact the police direct and ask them if a complaint has been made, he may not have even sent it but be pulling a fast one. at the same time put pressure on PayPal to resolve and complain about both to Ebay. Think this guy is a scammer......................or works for the post office and your comment pissed him off Rustferret |
