Working for the big red and yellow company this clip is played on every single HSSE course I have been on in the last 4 years.
The guy was seriously injured and permenantly scarred.
The Shell HSSE machine wields quite a powerful axe across all spectres of the empire - even closing some countries and business units down.

I have some similar LPG tanker ones if anyone wants to see - now they do go bang!

i work closely with shell as they are 1/3 partner of our massive offshore windfarm project in the thames. I have to admit they are rather hot on HSE!

1 hr 20 mins normal time or 6 hrs 86 mins in chasey ratio time to fill the boat, with a mixture of well 'ard (well one ) rebreather divers, rebreather kn*bs, oc divers, even two of "them" sneaked on board. This is YD at its best. Even though Paul organised it.
