Well, there's so many serious disputes going on I thought I'd be nice and wish everyone a Happy Easter!

Hope you're having a lovely roast dinner and a couple of glasses of wine!

Me, I'm dying curtains in preparation of the new furniture coming tomorrow!

Have a good day, hope some one gets a dive in somewhere, it's currently SNOWING here in Woodley! I love the snow!

Happy Easter back to all - yes roast dinner with all the family coming and perhaps a glass or two for the chef :-)
the showers are becoming more snowy.

Bit of trivia - did you know that we are always more likely to have a white Easter than a white Christmas - aka BBC weather website.

I'm afraid the lovely thick stuff that was coming down has tirned to the slushy wet mush you mention! Not that it'd ever settle because the ground is just too wet.

Last year, when I was doing my 6am walks and the snow had settled although it was still dark once I got to the park it was as if the snow had illuminated the whole area. It was beautiful. Just me, the dogs, the wild rabbits and a couple of those small deer. No one else ventured out at that time of the morning in the dark. I loved every minute of it.

That's not going to happen again unless we have two weeks of frost again to harden the ground. Also it's too light now to get the same effect!
